Welcome to PayrollDen, a cloud-based payroll and workforce management platform developed and operated by TopMostWeb Technologies (“PayrollDen”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using PayrollDen, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use PayrollDen you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the authority to register on behalf of your business where applicable.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.

3. Our Services

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain secure passwords.
  • Comply with all applicable employment and tax laws.
  • Use PayrollDen only for lawful purposes.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of payroll information entered into the system.

5. AI Features

PayrollDen includes AI-powered features that assist with payroll analysis, reporting, and decision support.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses should be reviewed before making payroll, legal, financial, or employment decisions.

AI outputs are intended to assist—not replace—professional judgment.

6. Subscription & Billing

PayrollDen operates on recurring subscription plans.

Subscriptions may be billed:

  • Monthly
  • Yearly (with applicable discounts)

By subscribing, you authorize PayrollDen to process subscription payments using supported payment methods.

Failure to renew may result in suspension or limitation of services.

7. Free Trial

PayrollDen may offer a free trial.

Trial availability, duration, and included features may change at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate trial accounts where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

8. Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

PayrollDen does not store your complete payment card information.

You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize recurring billing where applicable.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where required by law or where exceptional circumstances exist.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

11. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all payroll, employee, and business information uploaded to PayrollDen.

You grant PayrollDen permission to process this information solely for the purpose of providing our services.

12. Intellectual Property

PayrollDen, including its software, branding, AI models, documentation, logos, and website content, remains the exclusive property of TopMostWeb Technologies.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of PayrollDen without written permission.

13. Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

PayrollDen is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayrollDen shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Payroll errors resulting from incorrect user input

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the preceding twelve (12) months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayrollDen and TopMostWeb Technologies from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Incorrect payroll information supplied by you
  • Breach of applicable laws
16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of PayrollDen after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kenya.
